Right now lotli.app is a single page that does one thing: it takes an email address so we can tell you when Lotly launches. These terms cover that, and only that. When the app itself ships it will have its own terms, and you will see them before you use it.
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no account. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee of access, pricing, or a place in any queue. We may launch in stages, in some countries before others, or not at all. If we never ship, the list is deleted and that is the end of it.
You can leave at any time by emailing privacy@lotli.app. We will remove your address and confirm.
Use an email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit someone else's address, and do not try to break, overload, or automate against this page. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to keep the form usable for real people, and we may block requests that look automated.
We email you when Lotly opens, and about the launch after that. What we store and why is set out in full in our Privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
The Lotly name, the Ax character, and the artwork and copy on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to the page and to share the posts we publish. Please do not pass the artwork off as your own or use it to imply that we endorse something.
This page is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email before they affect you.
Write to hello@lotli.app. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to the Norwegian courts, without affecting any mandatory protections available where you live.
